Every ThetaHealing® seminar has specific prerequisites that students must complete before attending. These prerequisites ensure that students are fully prepared for the material being taught and that the integrity of the ThetaHealing teaching structure is maintained.
Starting with the Advanced DNA seminar and Beyond, it is the instructor’s responsibility to verify that all students have completed the required prerequisites.
Example:
To attend the Advanced DNA seminar, a student must have completed Basic DNA.
The seminar registration system on www.thetahealing.com helps with this—when a student registers for a seminar, their account will automatically show whether prerequisites are confirmed or missing.
What to Do If a Student Is Missing Prerequisites:
Reach out to the student directly to ask when and where they took the missing seminar.
In some cases, the seminar may have been recently completed and not yet updated in the system.
The student may also have multiple profiles on the website, which can prevent the system from recognizing their previous seminars.
If the prerequisite is not completed, they cannot attend the seminar.
❗Important: Allowing a student to attend a seminar without meeting the required prerequisites is a violation of your instructor license and may result in the loss of your teaching privileges.
Best Practice:
We recommend that instructors log into their accounts regularly and review student registrations as they come in. Check for missing prerequisites and follow up right away to ensure all requirements are properly met before the seminar begins.
