How do I recover my username and password?

  • Click on the User Icon and select Login

  • Once on the Login Screen, select Forgot Password

  • Enter the email where you receive ThetaHealing notifications

  • You'll receive a reset password email at that account, with a link to reset your password

How do I change my email or passwords

  • Once you are logged in to your account, click on your User Icon and choose My Theta Account.

  • You can change your email and password on your Account screen

What do I do if my User Name and Password are Not Working?

If you've followed the steps above to recover password, then email us at info@thetahealing.com or use the chat feature and someone will assist you when available.

What communications can I expect from ThetaHealing?

Can I close/delete my account?

You would need to contact one of our ThetaHealing team members to help you close/delete your account at info@thetahealing.com.

Does it cost anything to have an account?

The Free/Basic Profile is where all Practitioners start. It has the most limited number of options for including information about your Practice and yourself. There are also the Standard, Sapphire, and Diamond levels of ThetaHealing Profile Subscription that allow you to add more information about yourself and advertise your services on the site.
