Overview of Profile Plan Subscription Levels
All Practitioners begin with the Free (Basic) Profile, which includes limited space to share information about yourself and your practice.
To expand your presence and visibility, you can upgrade to one of our paid Profile Subscriptions: Standard, Sapphire, or Diamond. These tiers offer more ways to showcase who you are, highlight your services, and connect with potential clients and students.
The Diamond Plan includes unlimited seminar advertisements, giving you maximum exposure by featuring your seminars in the ThetaHealing.com Seminar Search.
If you're on a different plan or using a Free Profile, individual seminar ads are available for $20 each.
Managing My Subscriptions
Click on your user icon in the upper left to see a drop-down list of your user account options.
Click on My Theta Account
Once on the My Theta Account page, on the left you'll find options for My Profile Plan and My Subscriptions.
My Profile Plan
Here you can manage which Profile Plan subscription you'd like.
Note: When you upgrade your profile plan, the new level becomes active immediately. If you choose to downgrade, your current plan will remain active for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. After that period ends, your profile will switch to the selected lower plan at the time of renewal.
Managing Subscriptions & Billing
Click on My Subscriptions
In your profile, you can easily manage your subscription settings. Here’s what you can do:
Toggle your subscription on or off
View the status and renewal date of your subscription
See your current plan and pricing
Click the vertical ellipses (⋮) to download your payment history
Note: Like most subscription services, if you toggle your subscription off, you’ll still receive access for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for. Be sure to check your subscription status to see how long your access will remain active. You can reactivate your subscription at any time..
Payment & Subscription Options
No subscription is required to attend ThetaHealing® classes. However, once you become a Practitioner, you may want to subscribe to profile and seminar advertising services. Subscriptions can be managed through PayPal or Stripe, allowing you to set up recurring payments using a credit card or account.
If you toggle your subscription off and later turn it back on, you’ll also have the option to update your payment method.
Managing Your Payment Methods
We’ve introduced a new system that makes it easy to store and manage your payment information directly in your profile. You’ll need to set up a primary payment method for any active subscriptions, which can be updated at any time.

Important Payment Information
Note: If you do not have a primary payment method on file, your subscription will be automatically deactivated when it reaches its expiration date. To avoid any service interruptions, please ensure you have a valid payment method set up on the My Payment Profiles page.
Declined Cards & Canceled Subscriptions
If your card is declined, we’ll send you an email notification. The next time you log in, you’ll have the opportunity to update your payment information and renew your subscription.
