How Can I Get Paid for Healing Sessions or Teaching Seminars?

Once you complete a ThetaHealing seminar, you become an Independent Certified ThetaHealing Practitioner or Instructor, licensed to use the ThetaHealing® technique. This means you are your own business. You’ll need to register your business and follow the laws and regulations of the country or region you live in.

As a business owner, you are also responsible for establishing your own policies and procedures. ThetaHealing® and THInK do not manage this for you. It’s important to create clear systems for how you run your practice, especially around payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Consider putting the following in place:

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Policy

  • Waiver or Consent Form for clients or students attending sessions/seminars

  • Payment Terms including any fees or due dates for seminars

We highly recommend adding these to your booking process to ensure clarity and reduce confusion. Working with a legal or business professional in your area can help you create strong, supportive systems and set your business up for long-term success.


Offering Sessions & Teaching Seminars

Once you're certified as a ThetaHealing Practitioner, you're welcome to begin offering sessions and sharing your healing work. How much you charge—is completely up to you.

After receiving your Basic DNA Instructor Certification, you can begin teaching seminars. Each course has a Minimum Advertised Price, but you're free to charge above that based on your offerings. There is no upper limit.


Setting up online payments through Book Now

ThetaHealing.com does not process payments, but you can link to your preferred system from your profile. To add a "Book Now" button:

  1. Log in to your ThetaHealing.com account

  2. Go to your Practitioner/Instructor Dashboard

  3. Click on Profile, scroll to Contact Info

  4. Add your "Book Now" link to your website or payment method

Note: Available for Standard Profile Plan and above.

You can also reach out to clients directly through the Messaging Center.


Managing Your Subscriptions

To make payments or manage your ThetaHealing recurring subscriptions:

  1. Log in

  2. Click your profile picture (upper right)

  3. Select My Account > My Subscriptions


Collecting Payments for In-Person Seminars

Instructors are responsible for collecting payments directly from students. ThetaHealing does not process or take any portion of these transactions. You choose how you'd like to accept payments and handle arrangements.


Scholarships and Payment Plans

You are welcome to offer scholarships or payment plans. As long as you charge at least the required minimum course price, you may:

  • Offer flexible payment terms

  • Accept partial payments

  • Advertise “Payment Plans Available” if applicable

If students wish to apply for scholarships or payment plans through THInK, they can contact us here.


Does ThetaHealing/THInK Take Any Portion of My Earnings?

No. All payment arrangements between Practitioners, Instructors, and their clients/students are 100% your responsibility. ThetaHealing and THInK do not take any percentage, nor do we handle transactions or refunds outside of THInK-hosted events.Collecting payments at in-person seminars.

Similar to Online payments, ThetaHealing does not process payments for in-person seminars. It is up to our ThetaHealing Instructors to collect payments and make payment methods available. ThetaHealing collects nothing from those payments.
