Once you've reached ThetaHealing Certified Instructor status, the next time you log-in, you'll see your Instructor Dashboard. By default, the initial view is of the Seminars page where you will manage your seminars.

You can always click back into your Student Dashboard by clicking on Student Dashboard next to your profile image. Once in your Student Dashboard, you'll be able to click on Instructor Dashboard and get back to this view at any time.

Here you'll be able to manage any Seminars you've created including Previewing the event page, Editing the details such as price and date, and cancel seminars you no longer want to host.

On first visit, you won't have any seminars. Click on Create Seminar to create your first seminar. You can find more about Creating Seminars here.

Slightly lower down the page, you'll find a list of the Registrations and registrants to your seminars. From here, you'll be able to message those registrants. If you need more detailed registrant management, like removing their registration or to confirm and complete their Certifications, you'll click on Edit for the seminar they are registered in, and then choose Manage Attendees.

Just like in your Student and Practitioner Dashboards, you have a Communications Messaging Center in your Instructor Dashboard.

In the Certifications tab, you'll find your Online Certifications section and My Documents sections

Online Certifications

Here you'll be able to become certified to teach online for any courses that you are currently certified to teach in-person. Only courses you are certified to teach will show up here. Click, "Get online Certified" next to the course name to start the process. After you've completed check-out you can visit the View Video tab to take an on-demand seminar that will instruct you on how to teach online. You can watch as many times as you'd like. When you are done, click the check box for Viewed Video and then scroll down to My Documents to sign your Online Instructor Agreement.

Once you've completed all the steps and signed the Online Agreement, you'll be able to start creating online seminars*.

*Note: you'll need to maintain a Zoom account to provide online seminars.

Instructor Resources is a tab that includes links to support articles, How-to, and FAQs that will answer your questions about the Instructor Dashboard. It is also where you can download all of your Official ThetaHealing Brand Assets for use in advertising seminars and your services.
