Managing Registrations and Attendees
Once you've created your first seminar, you'll soon have people registering to attend. When someone registers for your seminar, you'll receive an email notification informing you of the new registration.
These instructions will walk you through how to communicate and manage your registrations. You will also need to cancel the registrations of anyone who doesn't attend and complete the seminar.
Getting Started:
To get started once you have a registrant, log in to your Instructor Dashboard and make sure you're on the Seminars Page.
To view and edit registrants, click on the vertical ellipsis to the right of the seminar you want to manage. Then choose "Attendees".
Manage Attendees
Clicking on "Attendees" opens the Manage Attendees page where you will see a list of everyone who has registered for your class. In this example, only a one person has registered.
Click on the vertical ellipsis next to the attendee you want to manage.
Here you'll find the options to:
Cancel Registration - This cancels the user's registration and they will not receive certification. If you accidentally cancel someone's registration, they just need to register again.
*Optional - personal bookkeeping tools. These are for your convenience but not required. These do not count towards or against registrants' certification.
Refund
Mark as Paid
Mark as Unpaid
Mark as Absent - This keeps the user's registration but marks them absent and they do not receive certification.
*Complete and Certify - Once you've completed your seminar, you can Complete and Certify the attendees and they will be able to download their certifications from their Student Dashboards.
*Note: After you have certified your students, you can click on "Complete and Certified" to download their certificate. Your students can also download their certificates at any time by logging in to their Student Dashboard.
Important: You have 10 days after your seminar to cancel a registration or mark a student absent, otherwise, they will automatically receive certification. We suggest you take attendance and complete certifications on the last day of your seminar as well as mark anyone who didn't attend as absent.
Certifying Attendees
It is important that you certify the ThetaHealing attendees that complete your seminar. It is equally important to make sure that registrants who did not attend or who canceled are not certified. It is up to you to make sure that people who registered but did not attend are marked absent or their registration is canceled.
Bulk Actions

Reminders and expectations
Once you've published a seminar, you'll receive reminders via email about communicating with your registrants. Besides making payment arrangements for the seminar, you'll need to provide them with whatever books are required to support the course and any manuals and materials they'll need.
We also recommend you visit your Instructor Dashboard to review Teaching Materials including the How-to Teaching Instructions and downloadable Manuals.
What emails will attendees automatically receive?
Students will also be receiving regular reminders of the upcoming seminar. They may reach out to you with questions, so keep an eye on your Messaging Center.
