Cancellation Policy

Thetahealing and ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge (THInK) reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If THInK cancels a program, you will receive a full refund of seminar fees. If THInK Reschedules/ Postpones a Program your payment will be transferred to the new scheduled dates.

Deposits/ Registration Fees: All deposits/ registration fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another seminar with THInK.

Refunds: are available on seminars paid in full (less a deposit/ registration fee) up to eight days before your seminar begins.

Nonrefundable credit toward a future THInK seminar is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program. Credit may be applied to any THInK program for one year following date of cancellation.

No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

Travel Insurance: We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.

Payment Plans: THInK offers the option of payment plans for some of our seminars. All payment plans have to be approved or signed up for and complete before the start of the seminar. If a payment plan is unpaid THInK reserves the right to remove the certification until the balance is paid in full.

ONLINE Certifications: If you have a current License agreement to be eligible for Online certifications all sales are final on online certifications. The process for online certifications is approximately 7-10 business days. You will receive a new contract to complete, tutorials, a zoom account and an upgraded account on www.thetahealing.com. If your license is expired with THInK you will not receive access to the online certifications and an refund will be issued.
