How do I register and add attendees to my seminars?
How do I register and add attendees to my seminars?

I don't see a way to send a code to my attendees for them to register and I can't add them by email. What can I do?!

For the last few years we have been preparing for students to enroll themselves in the seminars they are attending. In order to follow country regulations all around the world, this is now active with the new site. Below you will find how to retrieve the link to send to your students. They may also find this link when searching for classes so be sure to check your email and profile for students registered. What if my seminar is already passed, how do I enroll my students?

Adding attendees to seminars

Attendees can register for your seminars on the Seminar Detail Page. Even if your seminar is not published or is private, your seminar still has a URL Address where they can register. As an instructor, you can no longer add registrants to your seminars. However, we've made it easy for you to share the URL Address of your seminar so that attendees can easily register themselves.

*Note: registrants need to have an account on ThetaHealing.com

Where can I find my Seminar URL Address?

First, login to ThetaHealing.com. You'll be directed to the My Seminars page of your Instructor Dashboard where you will find a listing of all of your seminars.

In this example you will see all of your active seminars listed.

Click on the vertical ellipses on the far right of the seminar you want to share and choose "Preview" (circled in red above).

That will take you to the Publish Seminar page (below).

Next, click on Event Page, circled in red above. That will take you to your Seminar Event Page (below).

From here you have several options. You can use the options circled in red in the example above to share via popular social media platforms or via email.

You can also copy the URL address from the top of your browser and paste it into your favorite communications (as shown below).

Now you can share this seminar with anyone and, as long as they have a ThetaHealing account or create one, they can register themselves. You'll receive a notification of the new registration and complete your arrangements through messaging.

What if my seminar is already passed how can I enroll a student?

We can manually add students to your seminar for you. Please use the chat bot on the bottom right corner and send us a message with the Class Type and date as well as each students name and email so we can add them to the seminar.
