Once certified as a ThetaHealing Instructor you are licensed to teach the seminar in Person. If you would like to teach ONLINE you need to purchase the online tutorial and contract, Here is how.
Enter your profile on thetahealing.com, go to Instructors Dashboard – Online Teaching. There you can purchase your online teaching licenses.
If you have already purchased these licenses and can not create Online Classes, here is what you need to do:
Step 1:
Open your Profile on thetahealing.com
Step 2:
Open “My Account”
Step 3:
Open “My Subscriptions”
Step 4:
Check if your Zoom Account is Active or Inactive
Step 5:
If your Zoom Account shows Inactive then you have to turn it to active, by clicking on to the right side. If your zoom account was inactive, then this was the problem and by switching it back on you can create online seminars again.
If your Zoom Account shows as Active then skip the next steps and continue with Step 9
If your Zoom Account shows Inactive continue with Step 6
Step 6:
Once clicked on the On Button, the Shopping Cart opens up. And asks you to subscribe for the monthly zoom subscription payment.
Please add this monthly payment and enter your existing Zoom-Email address and complete the subscription.
Step 7:
The option to create Online-Seminars is ready immediately, if you have not paused your Online Teaching before.
If you have paused your online teaching before, you need to do all of these steps. And send a email to online@thetahealing.com – so that we can add your purchased license to your profile.
Step 8:
Please check now – if you are being double billed. If you are being double billed by PayPal – then open your PayPal account and cancel the old monthly Payment.
If you are being double billed by CreditCard – then please send your last 4 Digits of the CreditCard to online@thetahealing.com and the receipt of both payments and tell them to stop 1 Payment of your CreditCard. (We will refund duplicate payments)
Step 9:
(only applies if your Zoom Account showed Active when you opened “My Subscriptions”)
If your Zoom Account Shows Active – then you are ready to create Online Classes till the Date of renew where the subscription automatically renews.
Step 10:
If your Subscription can not be charged or your card is invalid, the status will go back to inactive and you will be notified by email to update your zoom subscription. It will give you 3 days to complete your renewal before it turns you to inactive.
If you wish to reactivate you would have to start again with Step 5 of this article. It can be, that we have added the Zoom-Subscription manually to help for this transition phase. Please re-add the subscription and if you are double billed – follow step 5-8.
