ThetaHealing is a growing philosophy and in order to ensure our Instructors are always current with technique we require our practitioners and instructors to recertify as agreed in your license agreement.
Recertification for Practitioners
Practitioners are required to recertify every 5 years. They can recertify by the following:
Retaking a ThetaHealing Seminar they have attended.
Taking a new ThetaHealing seminar.
Taking an Instructors seminar.
Recertification for Instructors
Instructors are required to recertify every 4 years.
We do not want our teachers to have to retake every seminar every 4 years, so we have designed a day system for recertification depending on your current Instructors Training Level.
How Recertification by Days Works
If you are a Basic and Advanced Instructor you can recertify by taking 4 days of Instructor seminars. Example: Dig Deeper and You the Creator Instructors.
The Basic and Advanced Instructors is 7 days of training. You can recertify the 7 days by taking 4 days. Then add 1 day for every 2 days of training.
Example:
If you have Basic, Advanced, Dig Deeper, You and the Creator Instructors this is 11 days of training you would need 4 days to recertify the Basic and Advanced plus 2 additional days to recertify the Dig Deeper and the You and the Creator, so a total of 6 days to recertify 11 days.
If you hold special Awards like Master or Science your recertification days are reduced.
Below you can see a table with the Required days according to your Training level. The mentioned days have to be taken within 4 years. In the table you will find some examples.

The day system for recertification is ACTIVE days. Every 4 years the days expire. So you would need to complete the necessary amount of days to stay current, or all days at once to recertify everything.
Example
If you took Basic and Advanced in 2019. Dig Deeper and You and the Creator in 2020. Then in 2023 Your Basic and Advanced is expiring so you would need 4 days to recertify those dates. Then in 2024 Your Dig Deeper and You and the Creator is expiring so you would need 2 more days in 2024. This would continue looking at the year you took classes.
If you took additional days they would be applied to other classes.
Example continuing from above, If you took Basic, Advanced, Dig Deeper and You and the Creator as mentioned about and then in 2023 took 6 additional days on instructors dates all these seminars would be renewed and you would be good for 4 years.
Every time you take an instructor's class it counts towards recertification. If you are actively taking instructors training yearly or every other year 3-4 days you do not have to stress as much on the exact days as you are ensuring you are staying current in the materials.

Other Recertification Guidelines
Although our goal is to keep our teachers current and not to have them retake every seminar they have taken, if we feel a teacher needs to retake a seminar we may require them to take that seminar to recertify.
All recertification seminars need to be completed within the 4 year mark. If seminars are taken after the 4 year mark you will be considered a NEW Instructor and will not qualify for the recertification guidelines.
If attending a seminar to recertify let the host of the seminar know you are recertifying so we can have the recertification contracts ready for you.
Elective Seminars do not count as recertification. Elective seminars can be recertified when recertifying other seminars.
Ideas for Recertification for a ThetaHealing Master
3 weeks of Instructors seminars with Vianna, Josh or Brandy
At the completion of the 3 weeks equaling 15 days with Vianna all the Prior Certified Instructors seminars you have attended will be renewed for 4 years. (New contracts will need to be signed)
Example:
Retake Intuitive Anatomy Instructors
Recertify with a Discounted Price or Attend as a Teachers Assistant (spaces are limited)
Complete the Certificate of Science
Disease and Disorder Instructors
World Relations Instructors
DNA 3 Instructors
Mix and Match your 15 days either by completing new Instructor seminars or repeating Instructor seminars.
Ideas for Recertification for a ThetaHealing Certificate of Science
2 weeks of Instructors seminars with Vianna, Josh or Brandy
At the completion of the 2 weeks equaling 10 days with Vianna all the Prior Certified Instructors seminars you have attended will be renewed for 4 years. (New contracts will need to be signed)
Example
DNA 3 Instructors and the Planes of Existence Instructors or
Basic Instructors, Advanced Instructors, and Planes of Existence Instructors.
You can choose how to mix and match your 10 days either by completing new Instructor seminars or repeating Instructor seminars.
