Do I Need Prior Knowledge?

No. You don’t need any background in ThetaHealing. Simply let your Practitioner know if it’s your first session, and they’ll explain everything. The only requirement is to be open and ready for change.

Do I Need to Meditate or Be in Theta Brainwave?

No. Your Practitioner will guide you through the process. You don’t need special training or experience—just relax and be present.

What Happens in a Session?

  • Your Practitioner may begin with an intuitive scan.

  • Together, you’ll identify limiting beliefs and shift them through ThetaHealing techniques.

  • The session may include muscle testing to check subconscious beliefs.

  • Nothing changes without your verbal permission.

What Can I Work On?

You can work on almost anything—physical, emotional, or spiritual. Common themes include health, relationships, confidence, abundance, and releasing fears.

How Long Is a Session?

  • Sessions usually last 30–60 minutes.

  • Some people experience a complete shift in one session; others benefit from multiple sessions.

  • It’s common to book a follow-up session for new subjects as shifts occur.

In-Person or Online?

ThetaHealing is equally effective in person, online, or by phone. Choose the format that works best for you.

How Much Does a Session Cost?

There is no set price. Each Practitioner sets their own rates depending on their location and experience.

How to Prepare for Your Session

  • Stay hydrated—muscle testing works best when you’ve had enough water.

  • Set your intention—come with a clear idea of what you’d like to work on.

  • Be open—positive change happens more easily when you’re ready to shift.

✨ Many people feel immediate results after just one session, and often return to explore new areas of growth.
