What is the Difference Between an Intro and a Seminar?
A ThetaHealing® Intro is a short, engaging event—typically lasting 60 to 120 minutes—designed to introduce you to the ThetaHealing technique. During an Intro, you may experience a guided meditation and explore foundational topics such as belief work, intuitive abilities, or healing principles. These events are offered by Vianna Stibal, ThetaHealing Headquarters, and Certified ThetaHealing Instructors.
A seminar is a comprehensive, in-depth training where a full ThetaHealing course is taught live—either in person or online—by a Certified Instructor. To learn the complete teachings of a ThetaHealing course, you must attend the corresponding seminar. Upon completion, you’ll receive certification in that technique and be licensed to use ThetaHealing as a practitioner.
What seminars can I take with a Certified ThetaHealing® Instructor?
Certified ThetaHealing Instructors are authorized to teach the practitioner seminars for which they are certified. Some instructors may teach just one seminar, while others may offer a wide range—up to 14 or more.
To see which seminars an instructor is certified to teach, simply visit their profile on www.thetahealing.com. You can take different seminars with different instructors. As long as your seminars are taught by Certified ThetaHealing Instructors, your certifications will be valid.

Once you’ve found a seminar you’d like to attend, click Register Now.
If you don’t already have an account on ThetaHealing.com, you’ll be prompted to create one. After registering, you’ll be directed to your Student Dashboard, where you can complete your seminar registration.
Once registered, your instructor will reach out to you with seminar details and answer any questions you may have.
How do I register for seminars with Vianna Stibal?
Vianna teaches seminars in Montana and around the world. To register for one of her seminars, use the seminar search tool, click Register Now, and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I complete payment for a seminar?
All payments are made directly between the student and the instructor. ThetaHealing.com serves as a directory and platform for registration, but does not process financial transactions.
How do I get a receipt?
You’ll receive a registration confirmation email after signing up.
If you need a detailed receipt for your payment, please contact your instructor directly—they’ll be happy to provide one.
How do I request a refund or cancel my registration?
